Proditec is now offering the SYMETIX® Verisym® line for high-volume high-speed inspection of Softgel and Tablets for the Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical markets.

The Verisym® uses up to 4 cameras to see subtle size, shape and color variations in bulk softgelsand tablets. It targets foreign capsules and flaws – such as softgel “bananas,” bulges, bubbles and specks – with precision air pulses, ejecting them from the product stream in milliseconds. VeriSym® can handle up to a million products every hour depending on application. Speed, throughput and reduced labor mean payback in as little as one year.
